The Frankenstein evaluator

Abstract
Given the importance evaluation has garnered in Mexico, at two decades from the inception of
the "Evaluating State," the evaluation
discourse has undergone substantial modifications,yet changes in classroom dynamics
have been barely noticeable. This paper pursues two goals: to reflect on the role of the teacher as a learning evaluator in higher education environments, and to unravel the functioning of the system in evaluating students.
